+- Prioritize data isolation between tenants above everything else.
+- Offline sales correctness is more important than fancy features.
+- Flag any place where stock can go negative or sales can be double-counted.
+- Prefer simple, reliable implementations over complex ones.
+- Call out anything that would block a real water business from using this in a pilot.
