Adds two onboarding types to the console.

Experiment product: posts to /webhook/experiment-onboarding with discordChannelId: 1511998970216448031 (#experiment-products). Required fields: name, product name, hypothesis, owner.
MVP pre-onboarding: posts to /webhook/mvp-onboarding with discordChannelId: 1534550504401670194 (#mvps-pre-onboarding). Required fields: name, contact email, product name, problem, owner.

Existing Client, Intern and Contractor flows are unchanged (the client payload was checked to be identical).

Before merging / deploying

Create n8n workflows at /experiment-onboarding and /mvp-onboarding (duplicate the client workflow, change the path, point the Discord thread step at {{$json.body.discordChannelId}}, keep Check Secret and the Gitea update).
When deploying, set SHARED_SECRET in the served file — it is blank in the repo.

Adds two roles to the console. Each posts to its own n8n webhook
(/experiment-onboarding, /mvp-onboarding) and carries the Discord
channel its thread belongs in as discordChannelId:
- experiment -> #experiment-products (1511998970216448031)
- mvp        -> #mvps-pre-onboarding (1534550504401670194)
